Our German brats recipe stands the test of time when you’re looking for delicious flavors. Our meat department carries more than 40 flavors ranging from beer brats to our popular Hawaiian brats. All of our brats are custom made with pork and natural casings, and they contain no fillers or preservatives. We’re constantly on the lookout for new and adventurous bratwurst flavors! Because we don’t offer all brat flavors daily, we ask that you call at least two days in advance at (269) 467-7661 to make sure we’re stocking your favorite flavor! Our meat department also carries a wide variety of fresh cut chicken, chops, ribs, steaks, and more. We’re a full-service 30-foot meat department that’s ready to cater to your needs.
